1. How does a digital gift card work?
-These are also known as Ecodes and E-gift cards.  These are electronic codes bought online and sent to your email address or phone number.
-When you complete an order, the customer receives an email that contains a digital gift card with a unique code that they can use at checkout to redeem its value.

2. How do customers pay with digital gift card?
-When making a purchase in our store, a customer can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code in the appropriate field at checkout.

3.What happens when you buy a digital gift card?
-E-gift cards work in a similar way to traditional physical gift cards but without an actual card. Traditional gift card is a physical card, whereas an e-gift card is only a code and PIN sent to your email

4. Do gift cards expire in USA?
-We recommend the card used within 12 month.

-Federal law stipulates that gift cards can only expire five years after purchase. 
 However, issuers can still charge an "inactivity fee" if the card has not been used within twelve months. Its value can be diminished if it's not used within 12 months, as fees can be charged for inactivity, dormancy, and service.

5.Remaining Value in E-Gift Card cannot be refunded.
